&amp;nbsp;Chalene is a fabulous motivator! &amp;nbsp;The music is great! &amp;nbsp;It really gets you pumped up and ready to workout. &amp;nbsp;The 20 minute workout is great too because I can get in a quick cardio before doing the circuit training. &amp;nbsp;The other nice thing about the Turbo workouts is that it is very repetitive, in a good way. &amp;nbsp;Once you learn the "Elite 11", as Chalene refers to them, you can do the workout without a problem. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then I did the&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="line-height: 23px;"&gt;Personal Training With Jackie: Power Circuit Training. &amp;nbsp;Today I opted for the 15 minute total body circuit. &amp;nbsp;What is great about this workout is that it is a quick, but tough 15 minutes. &amp;nbsp;She starts with the warm up, which I think needs to be a little longer, so I did the Turbo Jam first. &amp;nbsp;Then, she goes on to the lower body. &amp;nbsp;You do three moves for a short period of time and then you do what she refers to as the Power Burn for which you do the same three moves without stopping, for one minute. &amp;nbsp;I really like that she is very motivational. &amp;nbsp;Her cuing is good. &amp;nbsp;The counting is a little off, but overall, a great workout. &amp;nbsp;I will&amp;nbsp;definitely&amp;nbsp;be sore tomorrow. &amp;nbsp;A good sore! &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="line-height: 23px;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="line-height: 23px;"&gt;Can't wait until tomorrow!
